I'm trying to package up my Tapestry package in a fully redistributable format. Tapestry includes a few subclasses for javax.ejb classes. I currently compile against the j2ee.jar from the J2EE RI. However, the RI is not open source or even redistributable. What about the ejb.jar inside jBoss? Where does that come from? I pocked around CVS for a bit, looking for the source to it. Also, where are the licenses for jBoss and for the modules included with jBoss? My BETA 04 download doesn't include any license. If jBoss is Apache, GPL or LGPL then the licenses must be part of the distro.
