Matt and all the folks on the list,
Myself and other "top" developers on the list are coming together in a
"McKinsey" of code on JBoss. The top developers of JBoss will form a small
consultancy to offer services around JBoss.
This is a real consulting practice and we will bring to bear the best
resources in the world on your work. We understand and manage distributed
work already. We can produce code fast and efficiently with Open Source
methodology (even for closed source projects). Imagine having the best
JBoss developers working on your apps 24/5 around the globe.
I will of course make a more "official announcement" with that when we know
the final details but at this point consider this as a "public offer of our
services".
we intend to offer:
1- development of JBoss features on schedules for companies (eg. the
clustering)
2- development/consulting for your J2EE applications
3- We are setting up a partnership (details being worked out) with a leading
J2EE training vendor, to offer training solutions.
