I am new in this list - a refugee from Microsoft/MTS coding and currently assessing Java. Two very general questions: 1 - The Orionserver web site quotes a benchmark showing Tomcat processing one sixth the throughput of their software. Is this indicative of a fundamental Tomcat problem that will also restrict jBoss performance? 2 - Now that jBoss 2.0 has gone final, is there any chance of seeing published benchmark results before Christmas 2000? I notice some performance bottlenecks were identified in the past 2 months.
