[jBoss-User] How to use XA Connection Pool?

Sorry if this is an FAQ... I couldn't see it.

I have jboss 2.0 set up and working, and I can happily deploy my (skeleton) 
BMP entity bean. I now want to write the guts of it. Is there an example 
showing how to get a java.sql.Connection from JNDI?

Or will I have to use the source, as Obi-Wan recommended?
