Unless I am mistaken, the docs for the MS WAST state that your results can
be inaccurate if CPU usage on either the client or the server exceeds 90%.
I suggest you perform your tests with fewer threads, a client with more CPU
power, or use the WAST's ability to use distributed clients (simultaneously
using clients running on multiple machines, but all performing the same test
script, and collecting the data in one place).

Only for the absolute numbers, not for the relative comparisons, which are
the figures most people will be interested in.
