Thanks for the response. I'm still in the very early learning curve of EJB, but
I've been tracking and working with Cocoon almost since its inception. (As I
said, I'm the unofficial RPM designer for Cocoon/Xerces/Xalan.)

I'm going on vacation to London for the next week, but when I get back I'll
look at your examples and notes. I would suggest you try and get the
sourceforge area configured so a casual visitor will at least understand what
the goals/mission of "jaba" is.  That'll increase the likelihood of attracting
(a) contributors and (b) people who can benefit from your (our) work.
