Wouldn't it be better to first load user jboss.jcml, and then jboss-auto
(i.e. 6 then 5)? If not, then it will be impossible to do conf changes
through admin tool and have them persist, since the defaults will be
loaded all the time. 

The only time 5-6 would be useful is if 6 doesn't have all the settings
entries, but in most(all?) cases it will.
