jBoss is now JBoss and it's license is now LGPL.

Lesser GPL (old name: Library GPL)
It permits you to use JBoss binaries without modification in non-GPL (e.g. 
commercial) application. 
With GPL it would be impossible to extend AbstractServerLoginModule with your 
commercial class, with LGPL it's possible.
