the new tomcat contrib module can read the contexts out of the server.xml
i just extended this file to read the requestinterceptors (hopefully check
it in soon).
so i dont know what tag it is for ssl. currently only the context get read.

Is there is a way that embeded tomcat can still read the server.xml
cinfiguration file? Similar to the way that embeded jetty can read it's
configuration file. If I can do this then I'm sure I will have no problem
running SSL with embeded tomcat
