|must be terminated hardly before new dialogs can come up ...

hold on hold on, we need to know if it is Oracle related or something to do
with the new caches.

For example, Simone can you walk him through configuring this with "no
passivation" and giving the VM oodles of RAM.  The threads in the server
always unlock an instance.

Is that repeatable? if it is with this cache, you are probably onto an
Oracle driver bug, if this is stable then it is a passivation bug most
likely.
