Yes, it's in the WebWork FAQ. The numbers have been trimmed by ~30ms

The most accurate thing to do is probably to download WebWork (and the
examples) from the site and run it yourself. It's a pre-packaged WAR
that runs as-is in all tested servlet engines except Resin, but a fix
for that is given at the bottom of the FAQ. Some JSP pages (the benched
one for example) has a timer included on the page for basic timing
purposes. So, just run the page and see what the timer says.
