We want to incorporate JBOSS 2.x in a pure java product for the banking
sector (regular reporting) which will running
on NT4.0/2000, Linux, UNIX and IBM S/390. We made some preliminary tests on
S/390, and the first tests worked although
we got some problems with the jdbc driver for the DB2 database and the
jdk1.3 on 390. We hope that IBM will fix this problems till spring together
with the release of websphere 4.0 for S/390, so that we can continue our
testing and compare jboss with websphere (websphere 3.02 for s/390 is only
ejb1.0,
we want to do ejb 1.1).
Can anyone clarify the license for JBOSS because we need something written,
especially we should know if we can simply deliver JBOSS with our
application?
