Anyone have a simple example of a bean-managed entity EJB that would
work "out of the box" with the current JBoss? I'm running the bundled
jboss+tomcat binary, and I'm trying to get up to speed on EJBs. So far
examples that I've tried from books have failed to compile with all
sorts of errors - for example, the JBoss lib/etx/ejb.jar apparently has
EJBHome etc as interfaces, when the literature I have has them as
abstract classes, etc.
Some example source code would help a lot, getting the first "hello
world" example to run is usually the hardest step in these things -
especially since JBoss documentation is a bit patchy and JBoss doesn't
quite conform to the J2EE books I have :/.
