At the moment we are just "stuffing around", err, evaluating EJBs, but
I guess team development will be just as any other (organised) team
development, ie.
- keep you source in a version control tool (CVS)
- make developer responsible for a number of beans / ui
- developer develops, builds (ANT) and unit tests, review
- do integration builds (ANT) whenever people got stuff done
and committed it
- test integration builds
- fix bugs / add new features
- repeat until happy with integration build and release
Jaja, there are a technical / team / marketing / all sorts of other
issues along the way, but this is roughly how it works.

the compile, pack & deploy step is not there with Perl programming. Java is
new to me.
