Hi Emiliano,
your client needs also some of the jars that sits under dist/client
directory. In particular the error you get is because jboss-client.jar is
missing from your client's classpath.
There was a similar thread in this mailing list few days ago, search in it,
you'll find a lot of useful informations.
For the documentation, look on JBoss' site.
