The server.xml file is nolonger used when you embed tomcat into JBoss, so
the links on the index page won't work unless to move the
webapps/examples.war file into
deploy/ then JBoss should deploy the war file for you and the examples with
work.
N.B if jboss fails to deploy you will need to remove the doctype tags from
the web.xml file in the war files WEB-INF directory
