I use mIRC a client, someone hacked my webserver at home (on DSL) and then
went on to hack the server you have and install an IRC server.
I have been using mIRC for 6 weeks now and it seems the IRC waters are hack
infested. I reinstalled my machines completely yesterday and secured the
machines.
You never notified me of what was going on. I sent you several mails
stating that I couldn't use mail and giving phone. I WAS NEVER CONTACTED BY
PHONE. THE REASON I COULDN"T USE THE MAIL IS BECAUSE YOU MORONS REMOVED
THE DNS AS WELL!!!!!!
THINK FOR A MINUTE, DUH! I was there, not knowing what was going on, never
notified, never called, and knowing you couldn't reach me by mail.
So I have moved all my sites somewhere else given that you discontinuing the
service without notice caused harm to the community of developers and IT
professionals depending on JBoss.org.
This email is reaching me via another DNS's resolving and the site is
already somewhere, please indicate to me the procedure to cancel my accounts
with you.
