their support is "opaque"... *impossible* to get to (even before the
incident and on a regular basis). If stuff works they are ok.
we are on a temp site for now (thanks tobias) but will move to another final
provider soon.

|to now. That's why Marc was looking and has found somebody else. I think
|it will just take a little while until the site is running there and the
|DNS change has propagated through all servers.
