I could be completely wrong, so don't take it seriously.
But as far as I know from jboss-sources Naming Service
needs 2 open ports:
one is defined in jnp.properties as jnp.port=1099 and
in jboss.jcml as Port=1099.
But naming requires (?) the second RmiPort which is not
(but could be) defined. I guess if it's not explicitly
defined then random port number will be chosen. You
may try to put
<attribute name="RmiPort">1100</attribute>
in naming MBean element in jboss.jcml
Again, it maybe completely irrelevant, but should
give you a direction to look.
