After using EJB for some months now, we first used J2EE reference implementation. However, this application Server lacks all sorts of essential things that are needed to be able to use the complete application in production phase. Therefore we switched to JBoss, since it was very high rated, easy to use and fast and free. The problem we're experiencing is that we have a statefull sessionbean that controlls all other beans. These other beans are BMP and CMP entitybeans. For some reason when a transaction is rolled back as a result of an EJBException, the entity beans somehow lock up completely. Stuff were using is: RedHat Linux 2.2.14 Sun JDK 1.3 JBoss 2.0 FINAL Postgres 7.03 JDBC Driver 7.0-1.2 from retep.org.uk We really don't know what or where to look for anymore. Does anyone have any suggestions for us?
