We are. http://www.liquidwit.com Both as srun through apache and the
standalone server (for development internally).

The resin server is treated as an ordinary client. The client jars and
the interface classes are thrown into the resin/lib/ directory. We've
separated out our interfaces and our implementation classes into different
jars to make this easier. This makes deployment a little more complicated
but it works really well and the advantages are numerous.
