Well, afaik we designed JBossCMP (aka old JAWS) so that we could accomodate
Oracle driver specific extensions. In this fashion you detect what driver
you have (by the class name) and you can code workaround for that driver.
Detecting null arguments would be done there. You can try coding that, it
should be straightforward.
Proves the limitations of XML based descriptors, how do you write in XML
"and if the field is null don't do that, do that."
