No.
$ cd src/build
$ ./build.sh
or
C:\Path\to\jboss\source> cd src\build
C:\Path\to\jboss\source> build.bat
works for me (at least the top one works on Linux - I haven't tried the other,
but it should work).
Make sure java is in your path.
