It looks to me like the symbol ${jboss_home} is not being resolved. 
I don't know what platform or shell you are using but if you are using 
Windows then try %jboss_home%.

Try explicitly supplying the value of the symbol.
For example c:\jboss or /etc/jBoss (or wherever you put jBoss) 
instead of the symbol. If it starts working then I'm right about the 
symbol not resolving. 

I remind you to turn off HTML message formatting. 
It bloats the message and annoys the crap out of people not using an 
HTML-formatting capable mail client.
