yes, there is a very easy workaround to get a more a less similar
behavior...
that *you* code it, since *you* need it.
It's pluggable policies and designed to be trivial to implement your
"business" specific passivation policy (courtesy of Simone).
Why don't you test that feature and see if it is easy to implement your
need. Another solution is that you pay Simone to do *your* work on a
Saturday evening.
