Actually, if I start JBoss before Cloudscape, Cloudscape complains. At
first I ignored it and did it in the reverse, it did not bother me then
and I did not pay attention to what the exception was. 

When I start Cloudscape and then JBoss, Jboss does not complain at all,
this is exactly my point. Only after I ran into problems later I realized
what was happening. So, JBoss' naming server should really throw an
exception and this does not happen.
