I hope this isn't getting too far from jboss...
The changes for metadata are in firebird/sourceforge in 20, the ant build
script (only linux, and ant 1.3 I think, there's a slight error, remove the
empty tag on line 71) is in firebird directory, if you can compile on
windows (the java should compile fine w/ ant script, c++ you'll either have
to use the makefiles or figure out how to use vc++ from ant -- if you can
do this and put it into ant script, best of all possible worlds) and see if
it works that would be great. I would like to get binary versions on the
firebird site, I'm waiting to see about windows.
I don't know why 1.2 and 1.3 are incompatible, I just recompile everything
in 1.3.
Don't know anything about W2k or its memory leaks (w/interclient).
Haven't looked at dropped connections.
