afaik, the transaction will not roll back if you catch and handle the
FinderException. works fine when i do it, but take that with a grain of
salt, since i've never actually tried it on jboss. i'm still trying to
figure how to assemble jboss/jetty from the cvs sources... if only there
were more hours in the day...
