Try without comp/env: just "java:/RefBeanB"

When you tried jndi name, was it "java:/beanb/BeanB" or
"java:/comp/env/beanb/BeanB"?

If removing comp/env doesnt work, send stack trace.  Not sure what your
problem
is yet..

Hope someone else has written with more helpful answer.
