Since noone else has responded I will try and perhaps others will correct.
Dynamic proxies are created at runtime, not deployment (that is how
java.lang.reflect.Proxy works) - there is no generated code.. So its not
precisely
a remote codebase the way RMI usually works. Presumably the class
annotation works
similarly though - thats between RMI and Proxy and Ive never seen it
documented.
I presume that jboss will have to run over IIOP at some point. It has been
discussed but noone has done it yet that I know of. The jrmp plugin is
pretty well
segmented so presumably writing a new container invoker would get you most
of the
way there.
Sharing of beans Im not sure about. I think scott just wrote a note about
using an
ObjectRegistry for this, (RE: SV: Ref to external ejb - deployd in non
jbosscontainer) but I am not sure it is exactly what you are looking for.
