In JBoss Final-2.0, PreparedStatements are cached in a hashtable. The
table is not managed at all and is allowed to grow indefinately (until
the Connection is closed, then all cached statements are closed as
well). I looked at the code for the latest/greatest Minerva and it
allows for limiting how many PreparedStatements are cached.
