I don't think JBoss has built-in support for what you're asking.  Here are a 
few alternatives.

1)  Bind using HA-JNDI.  This requires use of the "all" server and your HA-JNDI 
entries will be replicated.  This may be more heavy weight than what you're 
looking for but you'll get failover if your "central" JNDI node goes down.

2)  Access JNDI on your central server remotely.  This won't help with JBoss 
lookups but your own code can avail itself of this.
