If i understand your question right, what you are looking for is a way to get control of the Scheduler MBean. If that's the case, then you will have to get hold of the MBeanServer first, as mentioned at: http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=HowCanIGetAReferenceToTheMBeanServer
