Class Test implements Runnable

Thread tt = null;
public void one(){
{
System.out.println("Thread start");
tt = new Thread(this);
tt.start();
}
}

I want to change the above code to this:
Class Test implements Runnable
{
MyThread tt = null;
public void one(){
{
System.out.println("Thread start");
tt = new MyThread(this);
tt.start();
}
}
