The only time I've seen this error is if I actually rename or remove the startup jar file bin/run.jar.
I would check to make sure the file listed actually exists on your machine. If it doesn't exist, I would move to figure out why not. Again, I was only able to recreate this error by manually renaming my bin/run.jar to something else.
