I guess your problem is exposing services with the same contract as before the upgrade, so that clients do not have to change. If this is your concern, I suggest you to use the top-down-approach http://jbws.dyndns.org/mediawiki/index.php?title=JBossWS_JAX-WS_Tools#Top-Down_.28Using_wsconsume.29 i.e. recreate the endpoint interface and related classes given the wsdl contract you don't want to change.
