Rename jbpm-console in the deploy folder to jbpm-console.war. JBoss scans the deploy folder to check for "deployable(s)". There are only a few set of valid deployables (example: *.war, *.ear, *-ds.xml etc...). If it finds any other file/folder which is not recognized, in the deploy folder, then you start seeing these exceptions.
