Could you check if server//conf/jboss-service.xml has the following code
uncommented:
<mbean code="org.jboss.naming.JNDIView"
name="jboss:service=JNDIView"
xmbean-dd="resource:xmdesc/JNDIView-xmbean.xml">
<!-- The HANamingService service name -->
