As I have mentioned I want to cluster nodes belonging to two different machines each of which have different jboss servers running seperately on different ports. For this, I have copied the Jboss home directory and named seperately as Jboss1, Jboss2, Jboss3,.. I have also changed different port numbers where necessary, like bind address. Now, I have used the httpd 2.0.63 apache load balancer for clustering all these nodes. Initially, all the nodes seeming working well. But, when one node drops, I found the browser displaying the "Session expiry". sometimes, I am even experiencing "Service unavailable 503 " error with load balancer. This is my workers.properties file I have attached. Under the Http Session clustering, the 7th sub topic, Enabling session replication in your application, you have asked to configure session replication using the replication-config element in the jboss-web.xml.
