Oups! Sorry, the mistake is only here. The code is really like:
@Length(min=16, max=16,
message="#{messages['booking.credit.card.number.wrong.length']}")
and during test, ( (FacesMessage) messages.next() ).getSummary() returns
#{messages['booking.credit.card.number.wrong.length']}
