Peter
I did this. I edit the .bash_profile in my home directory. See:
# .bash_profile
# Get the aliases and functions
if [ -f ~/.bashrc ]; then
. ~/.bashrc
fi
# User specific environment and startup programs
PATH=$PATH:$HOME/bin
export JAVA_HOME=/usr/java/jdk1.5.0_16
export PATH=$PATH:$JAVA_HOME/bin
export ANT_HOME=/usr/Ant
export PATH=$PATH:$ANT_HOME/bin
export JBOSS_HOME=/usr/jboss/jboss-4.2.2.GA
export PATH=$PATH:$JBOSS_HOME/bin
~
what do you think?
Thiago.
