I know. "Process works" it means that you look
http://serverip:8080/jbossws/services you will see registered endpoind of your
process and StartTime is not null - so process is ready to create incances and
process INSTANCES can be started or signalled.

I mean http://serverip:8080/jbossws/services shows StartTime null and process
can't start any INSTANCE.
