The JBoss Negotiate download is broken (as I posted in another thread, with no response yet from the helpful Negotiate advocates).
Go here: http://www.jboss.org/jbosssecurity/downloads/JBoss%20Negotiation/ and click download - the result for me (at least on Mac/Firefox) for the past two days is "ERROR: null".
