In JBM 2.0 messages are paged to disk _before_ they are routed in the 
postoffice, i.e. paging is a stage before routing.

Therefore any messages that are paged to disk are not in any queues yet. That's 
why you don't see them on the queue message count.

Perhaps we should add a messageCount attribute on the address? That would tell 
you how many messages are paged for a particular destination address.
