In my opinion the exception starts coming after Jaas Security Cache Timeout (see <attribute name="DefaultCacheTimeout"> in jboss-service.xml) that, in my case, is setted to 5 mins. I've tried to disable security cache (DefaultCacheTimeout=0) but with this configuration the problem appears immediately.
