Hi I am a newbie in here. I am currently doing my final year project in a company. I was asked to develop a workflow system on top of a open source workflow system. I have succesfully installed the starter kit but i am wondering can i just build the from the starter kit or i need to independently installed the database, application server and etc. Then try to configure it. The starter kit contains all the complete configuration and it is bundled all together in a starter kit.
What is the correct way to deal with it? Build from the starter kit with have complete configuration or independently installed the database, application server and etc then try to configure it.
