Try this.. On Select a JBoss Configuration Dialog -> -Create a JBoss Server -> -In the New Server dialog -> X Do not select JBoss -> JBoss v4.0 * Instead select JBoss Inc -> JBoss AS 4.0
-Then Use this JBoss Server configuration Finish Button should now be highlighted!
