As mentioned in the log, the service is bound at :
java:/hibernate/MySqlSessionFactory
However you are looking up java:/hibernate/MySessionFactory. Change the lookup
code to
this.factory = (SessionFactory)
ctx.lookup("java:/hibernate/MySqlSessionFactory");
