One more proof of the fact that app was not deployed: when I use Tomcat (here and in the previous post I meant the one that is standalone, not JBoss-embedded), the user, coming to http://localhost:8080/struts/, gets redirected to http://localhost:8080/struts/Welcome.jsp.
But using JBoss, when I enter URL "http://localhost:8080/struts/Welcome.jsp";, I get "The page cannot be found".
