Since i don't use myEclipse i don't know what could be wrong, i suggest you give JBoss IDE a try and run JBoss AS with the JBoss IDE plugin, so you can use the best of the 2 set of plugins.
Or you can run JBoss AS outside of Eclipse (the way i use actually) You can check myEclipse website to see if there is a workaround solution.
